The Lido beach

The Lido di Capoliveri beach is one of the largest on the island of Elba, located on the southeastern coast of the island. It is known for its crystal-clear water and golden sand. It offers various services, including bathing establishments equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and stretches of free beach. The beach is popular with water sports enthusiasts. The sandy shore and sloping seabed is also perfect for families with children. The surrounding vegetation is typically Mediterranean, providing natural shade and a pleasant environment.

A short-distance away, the Calanchiole beach, characterised by cliffs and pebbles, is ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

On a clear day, it is possible to spot the island of Montecristo, located about 10 km south-west of Elba Island.
